Equipment

Ingredients

  • cup sunflower seeds
  • cup pumpkin seeds
  • cup flaxseeds
  • ½ cup rolled spelt oats
  • 1 ½ cup milk (or nut milk)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pear (grated)
  • raspberries (to serve)

Maple Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • Place sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and oats in a large bowl.
  • Add milk, ground cinnamon, honey, and mix to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Maple Vanilla Yogurt

  • Place Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste in a bowl and mix to combine.

To Assemble

  • Add the grated pear to the bircher and stir to combine.
  • Spoon the bircher into single serving bowls or jars and top with the yogurt and raspberries to serve.
