Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup flaxseeds
- ½ cup rolled spelt oats
- 1 ½ cup milk (or nut milk)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pear (grated)
- raspberries (to serve)
Maple Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Place sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and oats in a large bowl.
- Add milk, ground cinnamon, honey, and mix to combine.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Maple Vanilla Yogurt
- Place Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste in a bowl and mix to combine.
To Assemble
- Add the grated pear to the bircher and stir to combine.
- Spoon the bircher into single serving bowls or jars and top with the yogurt and raspberries to serve.
