Ingredients

  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 stalk Swiss chard or kale (trimmed and leaves chopped)
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the banana, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, mint, coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide between glasses to serve.
