The Smoothest of Green Smoothies
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 stalk Swiss chard or kale (trimmed and leaves chopped)
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place the banana, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, mint, coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between glasses to serve.
