Ingredients

sunflower seeds

pumpkin seeds

flaxseeds

rolled spelt oats

ground cinnamon

honey

pear
(grated)
raspberries
(to serve)
Maple Vanilla Yogurt
1
cup
Greek yogurt
(plain, unsweetened)

tbsp
maple syrup

tsp
vanilla bean paste
Instructions
Place sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and oats in a large bowl.
Add milk, ground cinnamon, honey, and mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Maple Vanilla Yogurt
Place Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste in a bowl and mix to combine.
To Assemble
Add the grated pear to the bircher and stir to combine.
Spoon the bircher into single serving bowls or jars and top with the yogurt and raspberries to serve.
