Ingredients

banana
(peeled)

baby spinach leaves

Swiss chard or kale
(trimmed and leaves chopped)

flat-leaf parsley leaves

mint leaves

coconut water

ice cubes
Instructions
Place the banana, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, mint, coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between glasses to serve.
